"Pretty decent selection overall"
They’ve got some decent brands, and it was an okay place to browse, but I didn’t find everything I was hoping for. I kind of got the feeling they maybe focus more on the bigger sellers, though I could be totally wrong. Still, not a bad option if you’re just looking around.

"Refund was way faster than usual"

"Order was correct, packaging not ideal"
I ordered a few kitchen bits from hartsofstur.com and, to be fair, everything that arrived was exactly what I’d chosen. The sizes, colours and items all matched my order, so thankfully there was no faffing around with returns or chasing anyone up.

I’ve knocked off one star because the box turned up looking a bit battered, which is always a bit annoying when you’ve paid for something new. Still, the items inside were fine, so I’d probably order from them again

"They got back to me eventually"
I did hear back from customer service. Just not super fast. I kept checking, thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, it just took a little longer than I expected. In the end, they answered my question and it was fine. Not amazing, not terrible. Just okay...

Hartsofstur had the item I needed in stock when a few other places didn’t, which was a relief. The stock information was clear, so I didn’t have to keep clicking around or second-guessing whether it was actually available.
The order went through without any hassle, and I didn’t get that annoying follow-up email saying it was out of stock after all. I think most customers just want things to be straightforward like this, and that’s exactly how it was. I’d be happy to use them again

"Really pleased with the pan"
I bought a new pan from Harts of Stur and I’ve been really happy with it so far. It feels solid in the hand, not flimsy at all, and you can tell the quality is there.

The finish was nice and clean when it arrived, and after using it a few times it cooks really well. I’m not someone who gets too hung up on tiny little details, but there wasn’t anything obvious to complain about anyway.

It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but it feels like it was worth paying a bit more for. Overall, I’m glad I bought it and I’d happily order from them again.

"Best price I came across online"
I ended up buying it here because it was cheaper than the other shops I checked. I did that thing where you keep opening tabs and comparing prices until you forget which one had what, but this was the best deal I found. Happy with it overall.

"Good value for the price"
I picked up a few kitchen bits from Harts of Stur i was happy with it all. The prices seemed decent, and a couple of things were cheaper than other places I’d looked at. Delivery was fine too, no issues there. The quality feels good for what I paid, not flimsy or cheap-looking, something about it just feels worth the money. I’d probably use them again next time I need cookware or home stuff

They kept me updated about my order and the delivery, which was really handy, because I always end up wondering where things have got to if I don’t hear anything. I ordered a new pan from Harts of Stur after having a look through the details on their site. The info was straightforward and the pan that arrived was pretty much exactly what I expected, which doesn’t always happen with online orders.
Delivery was quicker than I thought and it was packed properly, no issues there. The price seemed reasonable too. Nothing flashy, just a simple order that went fine, and I’d probably use them again for kitchen stuff.

"Got it fixed in the end"
I had a problem with my order, and yeah, it did get sorted out eventually. The replies were a bit slow though, which was kind of annoying, especially when I wasn’t sure what was going on. But to be fair, once they got back to me, they were helpful, and the issue was fixed. So overall, not perfect, but it worked out
